Meiqiao Gu

I am a second-year doctoral student working in the L.E.A.D. Lab. My current research interests are job resources, work stress, job crafting, occupational health and safety, and work performance. I am also curious about research designs and research methods and am happy to learn more in the I/O field. In 2020, I got my B.S. in Applied Psychology from Henan University Minsheng College. The current projects I am working on are about the JD-R Model. In my spare time, I prefer to stay at home drawing a picture, or visit the nearby shops with friends.
