Drake Terry, M.S.

I am a doctoral candidate in I-O Psychology at ODU. Prior to attending ODU, I received my M.S. in I-O Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. My research focuses primarily on occupational health, work as a calling, and recovery from work, particularly as these areas are related to one another. The goal in all of my research is to identify the demands and resources under which individuals and organizations can thrive at optimal and sustainable levels of performance. My works have been published in outlets such as the Journal of Religion and Health and The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, and I have contributed several entries in the most recent edition of Measures of Spirituality and Religiosity. I have presented at numerous international conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Academy of Management, and Work, Stress and Health.
