Jaylynn Frazier

I am a senior at Old Dominion University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I am also a undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Konstantin Cigularov's L.E.A.D (Leadership and Employee Assessment and Development) Lab. As a student who is interested in pursuing a career in I/O psychology, my research interest are in the topics of organizational leadership and climate, employee motivation and satisfaction, and the development of employees and the organization itself. My goal is to be a part of an I/O graduate program in the future. Outside of school and work, I love to spend time with my family and build on my sneaker collection.
