Kate Warnock

I am a second-year Ph.D. student in Dr. Cigularov's L.E.A.D. lab. I received an Honors Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, as well as a Human Factors certificate and minors in Business and Philosophy, from the University of Utah in 2019. I am interested in studying ways that organizations can be more "human-friendly', in that they promote the health, happiness, and fulfillment of their employees. Specifically, I am interested in examining specific aspects about the work environment and individual characteristics of the employees that interact to impact job performance, job satisfaction, and engagement. With this background, I plan to pursue an applied career in I/O psychology and provide organizations concrete changes they can make to improve worker well-being within their company.
